Often the subtlety of this work, leaves us questioning if anything is even happening? Asking if it’s worth all of the time, energy and effort?

But then something shifts, you have a conversation, you navigate a situation, you make a different choice and all of a sudden you see it. The growth. The expansion. The personal power. The act of self love.

You feel the deep inner alignment and soft sighs of your soul. A whisper of ‘see look how far you’ve come’. A reminder of how worthy you are.

♕ ♕ ♕ MAYBE SHE’S JUST HUMAN AF ♕ ♕ ♕

This is your sweet soul reminder that being imperfect, fucking up or realising that you’re not the same person you were a year ago (or even a week ago - 2020 growth doing that to anyone else?!) does not make you an imposter or inauthentic, maybe it just means you’re human AF.

In fact maybe all of those things are actually a sign of your spiritual growth, emotional evolution and life long learnings.

So instead of beating yourself up (or if you may have caught yourself being a little hard on someone else) why not give yourself a loving pat on the back because you my darling are human and that means you’re having the exact experience you came to earth for.

Sometimes along the way we can get rigid in our thinking, hold ourselves and others to certain standards or put restrictions around our identities eg if you are really a conscious person you won’t do xyz or because you said xyz 10 years ago, you’re not allowed to want that now.

How about right here and now we give a big old permission slip to be whoever the hell we want to be, today, tomorrow, 10 years from now.

And a tip to knowing if you’re in alignment with yourself (learnt from listening to disrupther with @mikiagrawal) - ask yourself if what you’re thinking, feeling and saying are matching up.
